The White House has announced that President Barack Obama will sign an executive order setting the minimum wage for workers under new federal contracts at $10.10 per hour.  The President is expected to announce the increase in minimum wage from $7.25 an hour to $10.10 an hour, a nearly 40% increase, during his State of the Union address.  To determine if your business will be affected, you need to know:
