Display Your Revised FMLA Poster Today

The United States Department of Labor (DOL) has recently issued federal regulations implementing statutory changes to the Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA), a new FMLA poster and new certification forms. These new regulations become effective March 8, 2013.  Every covered employer must post the revised poster. You can download a copy of the new poster at:
The statutory changes increase the coverage under the FMLA for military families and allow airline attendants to avail themselves of the FMLA's protections. The revisions include, for example: 

All covered employers are required to display and keep displayed a poster prepared by the DOL summarizing the major provisions of FMLA and telling employees how to file a complaint. The poster must be displayed in a conspicuous place where employees and applicants for employment can see it. Comply with the FLMA and post a revised FMLA notice today.
